While most blow on their brushes to rid excess product before application, resist the urge.

While relatively harmless, it does spread unnecessary bacteria on the brush, into the product and waste in the air.

Instead, tap the bottom of the brush on the counter or on the palm of your hand. It will keep your brushes cleaner and will also re-deposit the product back into the base of the brush, lessoning waste and mess. Don’t blow it!
